Customer-focus
Our customers are bringing money to the table that’s allowing us to continue building and growing Streamflow, so first and foremost, we should always have them in mind and help them with their problems.
Respect
This simply translates to being respectful towards each other, all the time.
Ownership
You take ownership of the work you do. You vouch for the results, you are held accountable, you do the right thing even when nobody is watching, and you get the job done.
We often face hard problems that require creative solutions, and we need intelligent and persistent people in the team to work their way through these.
Proactivity
We look at the bigger picture and then go the extra step to make sure we solve the problem, to delight a customer, to help a teammate, we take initiative that wasn’t specifically asked of us, but is thoughtful and makes sense in order to accomplish the goal!
Growth mindset
You can take, give, and implement feedback.
You strive to continuously learn, improve and adapt, to grow as a professional and as a human being.
You are constantly striving to become THE BEST possible version of yourself!
