About your role

We’re looking for a Junior Customer Experience Associate who’s fast, sharp, and great at written communication.

You’ll be handling chat-based support across a few key platforms, helping users get quick, accurate answers and ensuring their experience with Streamflow is smooth, respectful, and helpful. This is not a repetitive ticket-churning job - you’ll need to understand what users are really asking, find (or create) the best solution, and explain it clearly.

You’ll also stay close to the product: testing new features, spotting edge cases, and reporting bugs or feedback to the team. You’ll be a core part of how we learn, improve, and support our growing community.

This is a junior role with room to grow, perfect for someone who’s already confident in user communication and support workflows, and ready to go deeper into Web3 and product experience.

This role is a fixed-schedule position: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, with set working hours, unlike the rest of the company, which operates flexibly. Being reliably available during your shift is essential to providing real-time support to our users. The exact hours are TBA, depending on the real-time requirements.
