🔭 Role Overview

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Manager to join our expanding team at Streamflow. This individual should bring a solid background in team and project management, complemented by a proven track record of achieving and surpassing growth targets.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Provide high-quality support to our customers across various channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Oversee Discord support, ensuring timely and helpful responses.
• Manage and coordinate a team of moderators to maintain an engaging and supportive Discord community.
• Develop and maintain support documentation and training materials.
• Collaborate with the product and development teams to enhance the user experience.
• Implement and execute tasks in alignment with our prebuilt marketing strategy.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure community activities support marketing goals.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives within the community
